Peppery Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 5 peeled otatoes
  • 3 tsp pepper
  • 1 big bowl
  • 1 baking tray
  • couple glugs olive oil
  • sprinkle of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 pre-heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. 2 chop the potatoes into wedges

  3. 3 plonk them into bowl with afew glugs of olive oil

  4. 4 mix in the salt and pepper.

  5. 5 empty bowl onto baking tray and shove into top shelf of oven for 45 minutes
