Perfect Fried Rice

Fried rice with veggies and meat

Ingredients

  • 1/4 can Green Peas
  • 1pc Carrot Diced
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • salt
  • pepper(optional)
  • diced meat (any kind)
  • Liquid seasoning or Soy Sauce
  • Cooked rice
  • egg

Instructions

  1. Turn your stove –High heat

  2. 1.Heat the wok

  3. 2.Add the olive oil or veg. oil

  4. 3.Add the garlic,green peas,diced carrots and saute it until golden brown

  5. -Add egg and stir

  6. -Add meat and wait until cook

  7. 4.Lower the heat to medium

  8. 5.Add the cooked rice eventually

  9. 6.Stir until you hear a sizzling sound

  10. 7.Add salt, pepper(optional) and liquid seasoning and/or Soy sauce

  11. 8.Stir and stir the fried rice until ingredients are mixed and let it cook for 5 mins while stirring

  12. 9.Turn off stove and serve the fried rice Enjoy!
