Step 1:

  • Turn your stove –High heat
  • Step 2:

  • 1.Heat the wok
  • Step 3:

  • 2.Add the olive oil or veg. oil
  • Step 4:

  • 3.Add the garlic,green peas,diced carrots and saute it until golden brown
  • Step 5:

  • -Add egg and stir
  • Step 6:

  • -Add meat and wait until cook
  • Step 7:

  • 4.Lower the heat to medium
  • Step 8:

  • 5.Add the cooked rice eventually
  • Step 9:

  • 6.Stir until you hear a sizzling sound
  • Step 10:

  • 7.Add salt, pepper(optional) and liquid seasoning and/or Soy sauce
  • Step 11:

  • 8.Stir and stir the fried rice until ingredients are mixed and let it cook for 5 mins while stirring
  • Step 12:

  • 9.Turn off stove and serve the fried rice Enjoy!
