Step 1:

  • cut up the potato, carrot, parsnip and onion if you’re adding it
  • Step 2:

  • boil the potato, carrot and parsnip for 10 – 15 mins until soft enough for mashing.
  • Step 3:

  • I usually fry off the onion or if i fancy a crunch just add it in raw
  • Step 4:

  • mash like normal with milk but only tiny amount of butter, and then add a HUGE dollop of the cream cheese, mash altogether, season with salt n pepper to taste…
