Step 1: 1. Sift the flour into a mixing bowl, then add the sugar, milk and egg. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
Step 2: 2. Heat a pan and use cooking spray oil or butter so that they don’t stick.
Step 3: 3. Pour portions of the mixture into pan, flip the pancake when the bottoms slightly browns and cook the other side.
