Step 2: 2.Smear pita bread with tomato purée
Step 3: 3. Grate enough cheese to cover pita bread and place it on top of the purée side
Step 4: 4. Sprinkle some herbs on, go on go wild with them!!
Step 5: 5. Place under grill
Step 6: 6. Watch carefully, it only needs enough time to melt the cheese
Step 9: to make this more substantial add some different toppings like cooked bacon, ham and pineapple, mushrooms, the world is your oyster! And i guarantee this will be quicker than a take away 🙂
