Pesto Pasta. DELISH!
Not for vegetarians :/ But delicious. Yum for everyone!
Boil some pasta along with olive oil and salt in a pan.
While that is cooking, grab a pan and throw some diced pancetta in there. Refrain from using oil, it can increase fat levels and it’s not needed.
Chop up some garlic into little pieces.
When you feel that the bacon is finished, put in the garlic, then around a minute later put in the pesto.
When the pasta is cooked, mix all the ingredients together. Add in the cream.
Add pepper and balsamic vinegar. (Optional)
If you’d like, add some salad. I do because I’m trying to be healthy, but of course, salad isn’t to everybody’s taste. To garnish; salad; dressing which consists of black pepper, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil; then add pine nuts on top.
