Pesto Pasta with a Garlic and Herb sauce

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 125ml Milk
  • 1 tbls Plain Flour
  • 1 tbls Margerine
  • 2 tbls Pesto
  • Large pinch of Mixed Herbs
  • 1/2 cloves of Garlic

Instructions

  1. Boil water and put pasta on to cook.

  2. Crush and finely chop the garlic.

  3. In a seperate pan, heat milk, margerine, flour, herbs and garlic.

  4. Stir until it becomes a thick sauce.

  5. Reduce heat.

  6. Once pasta is cooked completely or to taste, drain and add the pesto.

  7. Heat on a low flame.

  8. Pour pasta onto a plate, add the sauce on top.

  9. Done.
