Ingredients

  • -2 layers of lemon cake
  • -cream cheese frosting
  • -graham crackers
  • -coconut flakes
  • -fresh pineapple tidbits

Instructions

  1. 1. Spread layers of frosting on cake layer 1 and stack cake layer 2 on top

  2. 2. Spread frosting all around the entire cake and stick crushed graham crackers on the sides of the cake

  3. 3. Sprinkle coconut on top

  4. 4.Refrigerate until served which will probably be immediately because its so yummy!!
