Pineapple Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients
- Pineapple slice in syrup 1 tin ( 450gms)
- milkmaid 1 tin (400gms)
- nestle cream 2 tim (200ml each – total 400gm)
- pineapple jelly
- mari biscuit 1 pkt (300gms)
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 3 table spoon hot water
Instructions
Take a big bowl and transfer contents of the jelly into it.
add 1 tbsp hot water and mix well.
pour the milk maid and mix well.
add cream, mix well.
make the small bite sized cubes of the pineapple and add to the mix.
reverse the sooyrup and add it little till the mixture becomes a creamy texture.
if you want you can add a tsp of pineapple essence too.
take a tray ( i use 10×10 inches)
dip the mari biscuit into the warm milk.
place it on the tray.
like that make one layer.
add the pineapple pudding.
again the layer of mari biscuit.
same way continue, until the you finish the pineapple pudding mixture.
refrigerate in the fridge overnight or 6 hours.
(you also can do only the pudding and serve it)
