Step 1:

  • Take a big bowl and transfer contents of the jelly into it.
  • Step 2:

  • add 1 tbsp hot water and mix well.
  • Step 3:

  • pour the milk maid and mix well.
  • Step 4:

  • add cream, mix well.
  • Step 5:

  • make the small bite sized cubes of the pineapple and add to the mix.
  • Step 6:

  • reverse the sooyrup and add it little till the mixture becomes a creamy texture.
  • Step 7:

  • if you want you can add a tsp of pineapple essence too.

  • take a tray ( i use 10×10 inches)
  • Step 10:

  • dip the mari biscuit into the warm milk.
  • Step 11:

  • place it on the tray.
  • Step 12:

  • like that make one layer.
  • Step 13:

  • add the pineapple pudding.
  • Step 14:

  • again the layer of mari biscuit.
  • Step 15:

  • Step 16:

  • same way continue, until the you finish the pineapple pudding mixture.

  • refrigerate in the fridge overnight or 6 hours.
