Pineapple Upside Down

Ingredients

• 2eggs
• 100g self raising flour
• 100g caster sugar
• 100g butter
• ring pineapples
• syrup

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Put the syrup in an ovenproof dish and in th oven until runny

STEP 2:

2.When the syrup runny put pineapples in it

STEP 3:

the cake

STEP 4:

put th flour eggs butter and sugar in a bowl and mix

STEP 5:

3. Put the cake mixture on top of the syrup and pineapples 

STEP 6:

4. Cook until ready

STEP 7:

5. Enjoy serves best with cream or ice cream
