Piri Piri Chicken

Easy,Quick and practically as good as Nandos..
Difficulty Level: easy
Ingredients
- Pack of Chicken Fillets (depending on how many you’re serving for, obvs)
- Olive Oil
- 1 Large Red Onion
- 1 Red Pepper
- 3 Garlic Cloves (I love garlic, but obviously you can alter to youre taste)
- 1 Bottle of Piri Piri sauce (1.99 at you’re local tesco)
Instructions
(If you marinate the chicken the night before it does taste better but its not necessary)
Turn the oven on to 220 degrees
Chop the onion pepper and garlic into rough slices.
Get the chicken fillets and beat them until theyve expanded and are not lumpy, then using a small bowl rub the sauce all over them.
Pour alittle oil into a casserole dish then throw in the onion, pepper and garlic and then place the chicken in.
Cook for 15 minutes then take out and flip over the chicken then cook for another 15 minutes!
Tasty! I like to eat this with Uncle Bens Mexican rice, but you could also use old potatoes lying around, cut them into wedges then dip them into a little oil and use cajun/cayenne or chilli powder to spice them and cook them for abou tthe same times as the chicken! Delicious!
