Step 1:

  • Dice the chicken breast
  • Step 2:

  • Add some oil to a pan and let it heat.
  • Step 3:

  • Grate some cheese, enough to fill 4 small pouches of pitta bread
  • Step 4:

  • Fry the chicken in the pan, after a few minutes when the chicken turns white – add some garlic butter if desired. Half a spoonful is enough. Add some salt and pepper for seasoning – or if you have any add some chilli or curry powder
  • Step 6:

  • Toast the pitta bread with some grated cheese at the bottom. Be careful not to toast it too long
  • Step 8:

  • When the chicken is browned, take off heat.
  • Step 10:

  • Start piling the chicken into the pitta bread pouches and add some more cheese on top.
  • Step 12:

  • If desired you can add some tomatoes inside the piita pouches or on the side.
  • Step 14:

  • Dip in mayo ketchup or bbq sauce for extra flavour!
