Step 1:
Dice the chicken breast Step 2:
Add some oil to a pan and let it heat. Step 3:
Grate some cheese, enough to fill 4 small pouches of pitta bread Step 5:
Fry the chicken in the pan, after a few minutes when the chicken turns white – add some garlic butter if desired. Half a spoonful is enough. Add some salt and pepper for seasoning – or if you have any add some chilli or curry powder Step 7:
Toast the pitta bread with some grated cheese at the bottom. Be careful not to toast it too long Step 9:
When the chicken is browned, take off heat. Step 11:
Start piling the chicken into the pitta bread pouches and add some more cheese on top. Step 13:
If desired you can add some tomatoes inside the piita pouches or on the side. Step 14:
Dip in mayo ketchup or bbq sauce for extra flavour!
