Ingredients

  • pitta bread(s)
  • tomato puree
  • cheese
  • other toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Spread tomato puree over the top of the pitta, then grate cheese on top and add any other extra toppings. Then, place on a plate and put in the microwave for 1 minute. If the cheese has not melted, put in for a further 10 seconds until it’s melted. You will know when it is cooked enough.
