Blend all the ingredients together for the sauce. Ther is usually quite a bit and can be stored in the fridge if any is left, i use an old jam jar 🙂 and use it again another time.

Spred the sauce onto the pitta breads, as much as you like. then top with cheese and anything else you like. Then just pop into the oven for about 5- 15 mins depending on how crunchy you like your base 🙂 easy
