Step 1:

  • 1.Heavily grease the spring clip tin with the butter
  • Step 2:

  • 2.Line the base and sides of the tin with the shortcrust pastry

  • 3.Thinly slice the mozarella and place it ontop of the pastry

  • 4.Add 3/4 of the pepperoni ontop of the mozarella
  • Step 5:

  • 5.Then add slices of cheddar cheese on top but leave enough to add later on

  • 6.Now slice the tomato and add on top of the cheddar cheese

  • 7.Next add the ham

  • 8.Then add the smoked cheese

  • 9.Next cover the ingredients with about half a jar of the pasta sauce

  • 10.Next add the rest of the pepperoni and smoked cheese and any leftover meats you may have

  • 11.Finally seperate the egg and brush the edge of the pastry with egg yolk

  • 12.Then place in a 190 degrees C preheated oven for about 45 minutes until the pastry is gloden brown,once the pie is ready leave in the tin for ten minutes to settle.
