Ingredients

Toast – as many as you want to make
Tomato puree – enough to spread over your toast
Grated or sliced cheese
Pizza toppings eg. sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms, chillies, chicken pieces

Instructions

STEP 1:

1. Toast some bread

STEP 2:

tomato

2. Spread each slice thickly with tomato puree

STEP 3:

3. Cover each slice with a good amount of cheese

STEP 4:

4. Layer on your chosen toppings

STEP 5:

5. Put under a preheated grill until the cheese goes melted and golden
