1.Boil water in saucepan Step 2:
2. Give water a stir clockwise (this will allow egg white to wrap itself closely around yolk) Step 3:
3. Crack open a (fresh) egg into water whichshould still be going round Step 4:
4. Add a drop of vinegar to stop it sticking to pan Step 5:
5. Remove after 2 minutes and drain carefully Step 6:
6. Place in plate, add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and paprika or chilli flakes
