Step 1:

  • 1.Boil water in saucepan
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Give water a stir clockwise (this will allow egg white to wrap itself closely around yolk)
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Crack open a (fresh) egg into water whichshould still be going round
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Add a drop of vinegar to stop it sticking to pan
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Remove after 2 minutes and drain carefully
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Place in plate, add salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and paprika or chilli flakes
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Enjoy
