Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillet
  • Milk or vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Simply pour some milk or stock in a pan (enough to cover the fillet) Place the fillet in and simmer until it is cooked through.

  2. Serve with potatoes and peas for a balanced dinner

  4. Other fish can be used for example smoked haddock works very well when poached in milk.
