Step 1: Boil and strain the pasta.
Step 3: in a mixer, put the blanched spinach, tomato, chopped onions and garlic cloves with a pinch of salt.Make a paste. Do not add water.
Step 5: put a little bit of oil onto the frying pan. Add your spinach paste and stir for a while. Add your meat and finally the pasta.
Step 7: top with your choice of sauce and fold it in.
Step 9: serve with grated cheese and oregano and chilli flakes. You may also use butter and lime juice instead if you like.
