Step 1:
1. Mix egg and flour Step 2:
2. Gradually add milk whilst mixing Step 3:
3. Add oil and mix (this way you dont have to add any oil or butter to the pan) Step 4:
4. Leave mixture in the fridge for roughly half an hour Step 5:
5. Tip either a half or a third of the mixture into the frying pan (therefore making either 2 or 3 pancakes with the amount of batter you have made) Step 6:
6. Flip when the pancake slides around in the pan Step 7:
7. Serve on a plate when ready and top with a filling of your choice, then roll
