Step 1:

  • 1. Mix egg and flour
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Gradually add milk whilst mixing
  • Step 3:

  • 3. Add oil and mix (this way you dont have to add any oil or butter to the pan)
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Leave mixture in the fridge for roughly half an hour
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Tip either a half or a third of the mixture into the frying pan (therefore making either 2 or 3 pancakes with the amount of batter you have made)
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Flip when the pancake slides around in the pan
  • Step 7:

  • 7. Serve on a plate when ready and top with a filling of your choice, then roll
