Poppy’s simple pancakes

An easy to make pancake recipe

Ingredients
- 50g flour
- 1 egg
- 100ml milk
- 1 tsp oil
- Fillings (i usually have chocolate sauce or sugar but syrup, honey, cheese and ham etc are other options, or you can use your imagination!)
Instructions
1. Mix egg and flour
2. Gradually add milk whilst mixing
3. Add oil and mix (this way you dont have to add any oil or butter to the pan)
4. Leave mixture in the fridge for roughly half an hour
5. Tip either a half or a third of the mixture into the frying pan (therefore making either 2 or 3 pancakes with the amount of batter you have made)
6. Flip when the pancake slides around in the pan
7. Serve on a plate when ready and top with a filling of your choice, then roll
