pork and cider

yummy!!and simple(and a good way to use some left over cider)

Ingredients
- pork
- best with dry cider but can use any
- musturd seeds (french musturd)
- cream
- oil
- honey
Instructions
1st put about a tea spoon of honey on each chop and spead over this will make the pork nice and crispy
2nd heat some oil and fry the pork
3rd in another sauce pan add a teaspoon of musturd seeds some cream and some cider and heat
4th once the pork in fried and crispy add to the heated sauce
5th make sure that there is enough sauce if not just add more cider or cream to your liking
6th plate up with some nice rice and veggies
