yummy!!and simple(and a good way to use some left over cider)

Step 1:

  • 1st put about a tea spoon of honey on each chop and spead over this will make the pork nice and crispy

  • 2nd heat some oil and fry the pork
  • Step 4:

  • 3rd in another sauce pan add a teaspoon of musturd seeds some cream and some cider and heat
  • Step 6:

  • 4th once the pork in fried and crispy add to the heated sauce
  • Step 8:

  • 5th make sure that there is enough sauce if not just add more cider or cream to your liking
  • Step 10:

  • 6th plate up with some nice rice and veggies
