Season pork with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Leave covered in refrigerator for 30+ minutes. Step 2: 2. After pork is done marinading, put on rice and heat up 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok/ non-stick frying pan. Step 3: 3. Fry the pork for 3-5 minutes until cooked through, then remove from pan and put in a separate bowl. Step 4: 4. Heat up another spoonful of oil, then fry the onion until browned. Add the ginger, garlic, and green onion and fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Step 5: 5. Add the tomato and cooked pork to the wok and fry until warm. Step 6: 6. Stir the egg with salt and pepper in a separate bowl, then add to the wok until cooked. Step 7: 7. Season to taste, then serve with rice.
