Step 1: Grill pork chops for 10-15 mins depending on size etc. Put salt, pepper and small amount of butter on them. (Also herbs if to your taste.)
Step 2: For sauce, slice up spring onions and mushrooms. Fry in frying pan with a little butter. Make up 1/4 pint vegetable stock. Add tablespoon of flour to mushrooms and spring onions when soft. Then put in stock and allow to simmer. Add more water is required. Leave for 5 mins. When chops are cooked add cream to sauce, leave to heat for few mins then serve immediately.
