Best to do the marinade the night before, but can still be done an hour or so or whenever you want the pork chops.
In a bowl… whack a good squirt of ketchup, add roughly the same amount for Brown Sauce (maybe a little bit less) add about a tea spoon of english mustard, a little squirt of bbq sauce, pinch of salt and pepper, and if you want, try worcester sauce. It literally depends on what kind of taste you want. If you like worcester sauce, drop it in 🙂 if not, don’t!
Throw in the pork chops, make sure the sauce covers the chop(s) thoroughly and turn sometimes if you are doing it over night.
