1) very simply add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together with your hands. Equally measure into 4 burgers. You can either freeze the burgers now or fry them, which will take around 10-15 minutes in a frying pan.
serve with a toasted bun, salad, homemade chips or cous cous.
