Take the skin off the chorizo and chop into smallish pieces
put into a pan and fry gently
add chopped onion, garlic, mushroom, peppers plus spices
add to a slow cooker of cassarole dish
add tinned tomatoes and veg, beans
either put in the oven at 150 for a few hours or put in slow cooker and leave most of the day., taste and season. Nice with a blob of creme fraiche on top.
delicious with crusty bread or leave out the potatoes and serve with pasta.
So delicious but so quick and easy to make!
Can throw it together and very yummy!
A great alternative to the normal omelette
Just wrap and bake for a flavourful and fuss free meal!
