Cider Cream Pork

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 apples
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt & pepper
  • french mustard
  • butter
  • 100 ml ish cream
  • 100ml ish cider

Method

chop up 4 pork chops into cubes

chop up 2 apples into small cubes

smear 2 tsps of mustard over the pieces of pork

melt a tsp of butter into a frying pan

fry up the pork and apples in the butter untill the apples have gone soft.

add the 2 chopped garlic cloves

add the cream ( 100ml ish, can be changed for more/less sauce)

add the cider ( as the cream)

add salt and pepper to taste

cook on a low heat untill the sauce begins to thicken and the pork is cooked.

Serve over creamy cheesy mash or with roast potatoes

    Quite nice but would recommend using a little less apple, maybe use 1 and 1/2
