bacon,sausages,veg an spuds.



  • 1/2 potatoes,diced
  • 3medium carrots
  • 2 sticks celery
  • peas
  • bacon(2rashers per person)
  • sausages(2/3 pp)
  • 3-4veg stock cubes
  • dumplings(opptional)


Peel and dice potatoes,carrots,celery and bacon.Place in a large saucepan with saussages and dumplings.

Cover ingredients in hot water.

Dissolve and add the stock cubes.

Bring to boil and simmer until everythings is cooked,usually bout an hour.
