Easy One-pot Meatloaf

Moist in the inside and crispy on the outside! and no dirty dishes :)


  • 500 gr pork mince
  • 500gr beef mince
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 200ml culinary or heavy cream
  • dry onion soup mix (50gr)


1- preheat the oven to 180º

2- take a rectangular baking tray and drizzle a little bit of olive oil

3- mix the meat and soup mix on the tray with your hands. You can also add some spices (like dry garlic, black pepper, thyme, parsley or more salt) but that's optional

4- add the cream and try to form a roll with your hands

5- pour the white wine over the meatloaf

6- bake at 180º for about 45min/1h or until it's golden brown on the outside and cooked in the outside
