Honey Roast Ham

Ingredients

  • 2 Half Un-Smoked Gammon Joints
  • 1 Jar of Honey
  • Demerara Sugar
  • Vegetables of your choice

Method

Ham:

1: Boil the 2 un-smoked gammon joints in a pan of water for 2 hours

2: After the boil place it in a glass cooking dish and leave to rest for 15 minutes

3: Pour the jar of honey over the gammon joints and sprinkle the demerara sugar over the joints

4: Place the dish in the oven at 220 Degrees for 15 minutes, a good sign on when the ham is fully glazed is when the honey starts to bubble.

Potatoes:

1: Peel potatoes and cut in half

2: Rub oil on a baking tray and place the potatoes on the tray

3: Cook the potatoes at 220 degrees for 45 minutes, go for a golden brown colour.
