1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
2. Brown the pork chops in a frying pan then drain
3. In a bowl mix the soup, milk, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in the potatos, half the cheese and half the onions
5. Spread into a baking dish and put the pork chops on top of the mixture.
6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining cheese and onions and then bake for 5 minutes.
