Potato And Pork Chop Bake

Comfort food in one dish!



  • Serves 4
  • 4 Pork chops
  • 10 ml of vegetable oil
  • 1 can of condensed cream of celery soup (you could substitute this for mushroom or another soup of your choice)
  • 80ml milk
  • 75g sour cream
  • 380g of thawed frozen hash browns (alternatively just grate a few potatoes)
  • 75g of grated cheese
  • 200g of fried onions


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

2. Brown the pork chops in a frying pan then drain

3. In a bowl mix the soup, milk, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

4. Stir in the potatos, half the cheese and half the onions

5. Spread into a baking dish and put the pork chops on top of the mixture.

6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining cheese and onions and then bake for 5 minutes.
