Sausage Risotto Casserole

Weird but so yummy!



  • Sausages
  • Rice
  • Gravy Granules
  • Veggie Stock
  • Casserole Vegetables (you can get a bag of casserole vegetables, or just use carrots, etc.)


Cook the sausages and boil the veg

Drain veg, place in a casserole dish with a few handfuls of rice

Make up stock and put in with sausages veg and rice (you might want to use 2 cubes)

Chuck in a handful of gravy granules for extra taste

Cook in the oven at about 200 degrees for approximately 25 mins - I just keep checking until the rice is cooked and most of the water has been absorbed.

I usually make quite a bit and freeze it - Makes a great quick tea!
