Sausage,bean And Tomato Casserole

Super delicious to share with your flatmates



  • 12 pack of plain sausages
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 sticks of celery
  • 100g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 peppers (colour your choice) roughly chopped
  • 1 can mixed beans
  • 100ml beef stock
  • 2x 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp puree
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika


1) gently cook the peppers, celery and onions in a little oil in a saucepan for 5 minutes

2) add the sausages and fry for 5 minutes, then pour in the stock, tomatoes, beans, spices, herbs and puree

3) cover and cook for 30-40 minutes

4) serve with mash, rice or chunky bread
