1) gently cook the peppers, celery and onions in a little oil in a saucepan for 5 minutes
2) add the sausages and fry for 5 minutes, then pour in the stock, tomatoes, beans, spices, herbs and puree
3) cover and cook for 30-40 minutes
4) serve with mash, rice or chunky bread
