1. Mix all ingredients together except flour. You may wish to add a beaten egg hear to bind the meat balls together better.
2. Sprinkle flour onto a plate and your hands to stop the meatballs sticking.
3. Push the mince into several balls using your hands (the smaller they are, the quicker they will cook)
4. Fry the meat balls in a little oil until cooked through.
