1) pour a little oil into a frying pan and heat on a medium-high heat and add the onions and cook for 2 mins. Then add the mince and garlic and cook together for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure the meat doesn't stick.
3) add the paprika, bbq sauce and mixed beans and fry together for another 5 minutes
4) add the passata, stir through and cook for another few minutes until everything is piping hot
5) spoon a few tbsp into each taco, sprinkle some salad and tomatoes and dollop sour cream or guacamole if you like.
Tender strips of pork in smoky bbq mexican sauce, wrapped up with veg in a soft warm tortilla.
Deliciously filled eggs, nice on side plates
