Step 1: Cook pasta in large pan according to packet instructions.
Step 2: Heat ratatouille in smaller pan, add 40g cheese and stir in until melted into sauce.
Step 3: Drain pasta when ready and add sauce to pasta in pan, heat for a few more mins.
Step 4: Serve with sprinkle of parmesan.
Step 5: (Sause also goes nice on jacket potatoes)
