posh pasta (but cheap) - Student Recipes

Pasta shapes i.e. penne, shells or twists

1/2 or whole tin ratatouille (depending on how saucy you like it)

40g cheese of your choice i.e. cheddar, feta, mozzarella or goat’s (if your really posh)

sprinkle of parmesan (optional)

Step 1:

Cook pasta in large pan according to packet instructions.

Step 2:

Heat ratatouille in smaller pan, add 40g cheese and stir in until melted into sauce.

Step 3:

Drain pasta when ready and add sauce to pasta in pan, heat for a few more mins.

Step 4:

Serve with sprinkle of parmesan.

Step 5:

(Sause also goes nice on jacket potatoes)
