Step 2: Step 3: Bring the contents of the pan to the boil on the hob while preheating the oven to 180.C (fan oven) Step 4: Step 5: Once the contents of the pan are boiling add the fish and place the pan on the middle shelf of the oven for 15-20 minutes. Step 6: Step 7: Taste the fish and juices, season to taste and serve fish and tomatoes with a little juice.
