Step 1: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Step 2: 2. Brown the pork chops in a frying pan then drain
Step 3: 3. In a bowl mix the soup, milk, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: 4. Stir in the potatos, half the cheese and half the onions
Step 5: 5. Spread into a baking dish and put the pork chops on top of the mixture.
Step 6: 6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining cheese and onions and then bake for 5 minutes.
