Step 1:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Step 2:

  • 2. Brown the pork chops in a frying pan then drain
  • Step 3:

  • 3. In a bowl mix the soup, milk, sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4:

  • 4. Stir in the potatos, half the cheese and half the onions
  • Step 5:

  • 5. Spread into a baking dish and put the pork chops on top of the mixture.
  • Step 6:

  • 6. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining cheese and onions and then bake for 5 minutes.
