Potato & Bacon & Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cans of mushroom soup (your choice)
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 cups of milk
- bacon
Instructions
start by cutting up the bacon into small bits
cook bacon until done
add chopped onions and garlic
fry for a few minutes in bacon fat with bacon until onions are soft (slice potatoes extremly thin, and small (will cook faster))
fry the potatoes with the other ingredients in the original pan until potatoes are soft
in a larger pot bring the mushroom soup (and neccessary amount of milk) to a low simmer
add the frying pan ingredients to the soup mixture, simmer for half hour (the longer the better)
spice to taste, enjoy
