Ingredients
- 4 LARGE potatoes
- 1 egg(beaten )
- 1/4 of a cup of butter (melted)
Instructions
1. preheat oven at 220’c
2. peel and grate the potatoes and mix with egg and butter
3 make in to shapes
4 put in oven and turn over after 15 mins the put in for 15-20 mins longer till golden
