Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup capsicum juice
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • coriander powder
  • corn flakes (for covering)

Instructions

  1. Smash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Add the capsicum juice in it. Mix it well. Now add all the spices and salt as required. Make a thick mixture. Now make small tikkis of it. Roll it in the crushed corn flakes and than shallow fry it in pan. Serve it hot with sauce or spicy chutney.
