rinse the grated potato and onion in cold water and then squeeze the water out and pat dry. the more dry the crispier the pancakes will be. leave in a big bowl.
in a seperate bowl crack two eggs and beat add salt and pepper and then add one tablespoon of flour at a time and using a fork whisk until smooth and runny.
pour the egg batter in the dry potato and onion and mix together.
in a pan heat 5tablespoon of oil and wait for it to heat up. then using a spoon or spatula put some egg mixture in a cicle or whatver shape you like into the pan and heat for 3 mins on one side and when u see the sides are golden flip on the other side and heat for 3 mins.repeat with all the mixture. then eat!XD
