Ingredients

  • 50g milk or plain chocolate
  • 10g butter
  • 1 egg to be seperated
  • 50g marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon of hot water

Instructions

  1. boil some water in a saucepan with a glass bowl above it.

  2. meil chocolate in bowl

  3. add butter and egg yolk

  4. stir to mixture is shiny and smooth

  5. add tea spoon of hot water

  6. allow mixture to cool but not set

  7. while mixtire is cooling mix the egg whites till very stiff

  8. fold into chocolate

  9. put in to a dish

  10. when mixture is cool decorate with grated chocolate
