Step 2: meil chocolate in bowl Step 3: add butter and egg yolk Step 4: stir to mixture is shiny and smooth Step 5: add tea spoon of hot water Step 6: allow mixture to cool but not set Step 7: while mixtire is cooling mix the egg whites till very stiff Step 8: fold into chocolate Step 9: put in to a dish Step 10: when mixture is cool decorate with grated chocolate Share: Share on Facebook Share on Flipboard Share on Pinterest Share via Email
