Step 1:

  • boil some water in a saucepan with a glass bowl above it.
  • Step 2:

  • meil chocolate in bowl
  • Step 3:

  • add butter and egg yolk
  • Step 4:

  • stir to mixture is shiny and smooth
  • Step 5:

  • add tea spoon of hot water
  • Step 6:

  • allow mixture to cool but not set
  • Step 7:

  • while mixtire is cooling mix the egg whites till very stiff
  • Step 8:

  • fold into chocolate
  • Step 9:

  • put in to a dish
  • Step 10:

  • when mixture is cool decorate with grated chocolate
