Step 1:

  • Cook cauliflower in pan filled with boiling water for 20minutes.
  • Step 2:

  • While cauliflower cooks, chop all vegetables and crush garlic.
  • Step 3:

  • Drain cauliflower after 20minutes and add to a Wok with other vegetables.
  • Step 4:

  • Add curry sauce(because I’m too lazy to cook the sauce from scratch).
  • Step 5:

  • Allow to cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. This is when you should cook the rice or whatever you plan to accompany the curry.
  • Step 6:

  • Just before removing the curry from the heat add the prawns and allow to warm through but for no longer 3 or 4 minutes as the prawns will go rubbery.
  • Step 7:

  • Serve with rice, chips or just naan bread and poppadums….your choice.
  • Step 8:
