Step 2: While cauliflower cooks, chop all vegetables and crush garlic. Step 3: Drain cauliflower after 20minutes and add to a Wok with other vegetables. Step 4: Add curry sauce(because I’m too lazy to cook the sauce from scratch). Step 5: Allow to cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. This is when you should cook the rice or whatever you plan to accompany the curry. Step 6: Just before removing the curry from the heat add the prawns and allow to warm through but for no longer 3 or 4 minutes as the prawns will go rubbery.
