Ingredients
- Pasta – any variety
- Salt
- Ham – the thicker the better but thin would work, just might need a little more
- Pickled Beetroot (comes in a jar for about 25p)
- Mayonnaise (i used egg free)
Instructions
1) boil water adding some salt
2) add the pasta to the water
3) cut up the ham and beetroot (add as much as you want) and put in a bowl
4) when cooked drain the pasta
5) add the pasta to the ham and beetroot
6) add a spoon of mayonnaise
7) mix and done!
